Promoting More Women and Girls in STEM
Women make up more than half of the American workforce, yet they hold less than 25 percent of the STEM jobs in the U.S. On International Day of Women and Girls in Science on Monday, tech companies demonstrated their commitment to boosting female participation in these fields by celebrating the pioneering women who developed life-changing innovations and supported other women and girls as they carved their own paths in STEM.
