Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, today announced the promotion of Meghan Pearce to Federal Policy Manager. Pearce joined TechNet in October 2020 as Federal Policy Coordinator.

“Meghan’s Capitol Hill experience, policy background, and tenacity have been invaluable to TechNet since she joined our team less than a year ago,” said Peter Chandler, TechNet’s Vice President of Federal Policy and Government Relations. “We look forward to Meghan taking on more responsibilities and building on her proven results to further advance our federal policy objectives and advocate on behalf of our many members across a wide range of key issues. We congratulate Meghan on this hard-earned and well-deserved promotion.”

Pearce joined TechNet after working for several years on Capitol Hill. She served as Legislative Correspondent to Senator Pat Toomey (R-PA), covering international trade, education and the workforce, and Legislative Aide to Congressman Jim Renacci (R-OH). Previously, Pearce interned for Congresswoman Susan Brooks (R-IN) as a Running Start Fellow following her work on the successful Renacci for Congress campaign. She is a graduate of the Graduate School of Political Management at the George Washington University and Denison University in Granville, Ohio.
