Matt Mincieli serves as TechNet's Executive Director for Massachusetts and the Northeast.  Based in Boston, Matt oversees TechNet’s expanding state advocacy and political activities in Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Vermont, and manages issue advocacy, government affairs, events, policy analysis, political fundraising, membership relations, coalition building, and media relations.  Matt serves as the Massachusetts House Minority Leader’s designee on the Massachusetts Automated Vehicles Working Group and as a member on the Massachusetts Computer Attainment Network (MassCAN) Advisory Board.  Prior to TechNet, Matt served as CEO of Nauset Advisors, Inc., a government relations and political consulting firm.  In addition to serving as an advisor to former Senator Scott Brown (R-MA), Senate candidate Gabriel Gomez (R-MA), and various campaigns for the state legislature, Matt was Oracle’s chief lobbyist in Massachusetts from 2010-2014.  Earlier, he led the Boston office of international public relations firm Dutko Grayling, managing government affairs and legislative strategies for a range of government and private sector clients on issues including technology, education, health care, and energy.  From 2001-2003, Mincieli served as a policy analyst for the Massachusetts House Minority Caucus and was a campaign aide on Governor Mitt Romney’s (R-MA) successful 2002 campaign.  He was appointed by Governor Romney to be a member of the Governor’s Council on Sports and Fitness.  Matt currently lives in Hingham, Massachusetts, and serves as Treasurer of the Hingham Republican Town Committee.  A native of Cape Cod, he is a graduate of James Madison University in Harrisonburg, Virginia.
