Washington, D.C. – TechNet, the national, bipartisan network of innovation economy CEOs and senior executives, today applauded the decision by President Biden and the Department of Homeland Security to implement the International Entrepreneur Rule, which is designed to encourage entrepreneurs from around the world to grow companies and jobs in the United States. The rule, which was created at the end of the Obama Administration and scheduled to take effect in 2017, was delayed and targeted for removal by the Trump Administration in 2018.
