Austin, TX — David Edmonson, TechNet’s Executive Director for Texas and the Southeast, today applauded Governor Greg Abbott’s (R-TX) signature of House Bill 3, school finance reform legislation that increases education funding by $4.5 billion and expands career and technology education programs.
