Shalaka Joshi
State Policy Coordinator
Shalaka Joshi serves as TechNet’s State Policy Coordinator, supporting TechNet’s 50-state advocacy program on a broad range of activities and policy issues. Joshi comes to TechNet with public sector experience from the New York State Insurance Fund, where she was an Excelsior Service Fellow focused on data governance, digital transformation, and data management. Joshi began her career as an Associate with the Grassroots team at Dewey Square Group.
Joshi holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Texas at Austin.
